Overview

Project Overview

URMUL Dairy has operated as a cooperative milk union in Bikaner since 1972, serving farmer members across Bikaner, Sri Ganganagar and Churu districts and marketing dairy products under the Saras brand. As with many established cooperative organizations, maintaining an up-to-date public website — covering products, cooperative information, and organizational updates — traditionally required ongoing developer involvement for even routine content changes.

This engagement focused on building a fully CMS-driven website where every front-end page, from the homepage through product and informational content, is controlled through a single admin panel — removing the dependency on developer support for day-to-day content updates.

The Challenge

URMUL Dairy needed a public website that could represent its products and cooperative services clearly, while giving internal staff the ability to update content — pages, product information, announcements — without relying on a developer for every change.

The previous approach to maintaining the site's content involved manual updates outside a structured content-management workflow, making routine changes slower and harder to keep consistent across pages.

The Solution

Neologicx built a complete CMS-backed website where every front-end page is driven by content managed through an admin panel, including:

  • Homepage and landing content, editable without code changes
  • Product/catalogue pages structured for easy updates
  • Informational and cooperative-service pages under admin control
  • A unified admin dashboard covering the entire site's front-end content

Q&A

Project FAQs

1. What does "fully CMS-driven" mean for this website?

Every page on the front-end — from the homepage to product and informational pages — pulls its content from the admin panel, meaning staff can update text, images, and page content without needing a developer.

2. Can non-technical staff manage the website?

Yes — the admin panel was designed so that routine content updates, such as adding products or updating information, can be handled by internal staff without code changes.

3. What kind of content does the CMS manage?

The CMS covers the site's full front-end content, including homepage sections, product/catalogue information, and cooperative-service pages.

4. What technology powers the website and CMS?

The site was built using a modern web framework connected to a custom or headless CMS backend
